To compete in the Miss Northeast Florida Competition December 13, 2025 a candidate must meet all of the following requirements below. Miss Northeast Florida Competition is OPEN STATEWIDE.

To compete for Miss Northeast Florida, Miss St. Augustine and Miss First Coast 2026 - December 13, 2025 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Eligibility for 2026 and beyond.
To become a local participant for the Competition Cycle 2026, competing as a State Titleholder at nationals in 2026, you must meet the age criteria as shown below.
Miss candidates must be no older than 28 years of age as of September 30, 2026 and no younger than 18 on September 1, 2026.
For All Ages you must ALSO meet criteria as shown below:
Be a United States citizen
Be a female
Single
No legal dependents
Meet residency requirements for competing in your city or state
Must fulfill one of the following:
Be a resident in Florida
Be enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited college or university in Florida.
Be employed on a full-time basis in Florida.
Residency: Candidates qualifying by residence must provide proof of at least 120 consecutive days of residency within the state prior to the date of competition.
Employment: Candidates qualifying by employment must submit documentation of full-time, in-person employment (minimum of 40 hours per week) held for at least 120 consecutive days prior to competition.
Student Status: Candidates qualifying through student status must be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university located in the state. Full-time status is determined by the institution.
Step 3: Register with Club America with Miss America Scholarship Program ($49.99 per competition cycle)
Step 4: Register with Miss Florida Scholarship Program
Step 5: Register with Miss Northeast Florida Scholarship Competition ($125.00)
Step 6: Register with American Heart Association - Local Level ($30.00 per local competition)

Areas of Competition:
Private Interview: Each Miss candidate participates in an individual 10-minute press conference-style interview with our panel of judges. Candidates are asked questions from their interview fact sheet, Community Service Initiative (CSI), education, career goals, and other topics decided by the judging panel.
Health and Fitness: Candidate will walk a high-energy routine with movement and posing to demonstrate commitment to health and fitness. Candidates are required to wear Rebel Athletic wear from the special Miss America collection. It is required to be Miss America Red at locals, state and national competitions.
Talent/HERStory: Candidate perform a 90 second talent of their own choosing. Some possible talents include singing, dancing, gymnastics, instrumental music, monologues, baton twirling, flag routine etc.
Evening Gown: Candidate model on stage in an evening gown of her own choosing, representative of what she would wear to a formal, black tie social event.
On-Stage Conversation: On-Stage Conversation topics will vary on pageant night.
